Transfer to Thonburi

FAMILY!!

Good-bye Sis. Sararat
Change has come! I'm in a new lil internet cafe in TONBURI. I kind of expected this but not really. I feel kind of silly actually. Transfers were Thursday. I feel like there's so much I keep forgetting to tell you,  like a month ago the AP's called and said that President had this special assignment for us to start going to Tonburi for sacrament meeting. We were told to follow the spirit and be back in Asoke for sacrament meeting at one. The AP's just made it sound way intense. So we went on this weird secret mission. Nothing happened. We got to know some members and it was just routine to be going to Tonburi on Sundays. I guess I just thought we were there to support the ward. Why did I not think this through and start really preparing to come work here. At first I was scared that President was going to move me and Sister Carter here and take us out of Asoke. I'm so glad I was able to serve in Asoke for two full transfers. I love that place. So Tonburi's church is kind of tucked away behind this wat. It's not the best, but unfortunately this building location won't change in my lifetime. Their church attendance is pretty low, and actually at this last big meeting when they created the new stake Tonburi was moved into the District and became a branch. So long story short, there hasn't been sisters in this area for ages, and we are now opening this area. The Zone Leaders also got moved from Asoke to here so now there are 6 missionaries instead of two and we are so excited to turn this place around and get church attendance up and find all the prepared people and teach them!!! I love Bangkok. There are so many people everywhere. It's so exciting.

Hello Sis. Steele
This week was crazy. I don't even remember and this hasn't even been recorded in my journal yet so you are privileged to be receiving this update.

Monday was crazy we had dinner with some members หมูกระทะ not as yummy as in the Isan. It was bitter sweet, we got the moves call and I knew I'd be moving. I had this random meeting with President Senior and all 3 APs that was kind of intimidating and weird but after that I was pretty sure I'd be coming here to Tonburi.

Tuesday we had our last district meeting, Tim Tammed Slammed, invited a ton, and got two new investigators! Luckily, I'm still in the same zone and I'll be able to hear about how everyone progresses :)

Wednesday I renewed my visa. Woot! Then we had this wonderful miracle! This taxi driver was being really kind of annoying and know-it-all ish and we didn't really want to talk to him more than was necessary to get us to the church, but he was curious why I spoke Thai and it led into a lil discussion about the gospel and his countenance completely changed. We talked about faith in Christ and repentance and how you can really change your life and he actually shed a few tears. He listened, and by the time we got to the church he agreed to come in and look at the chapel and the baptismal font and we set up an appointment to teach him! Then the international sisters ended up taking that same taxi out to their next appointment and they hadn't heard what happened, but just asked him why he came to the church and followed up with everything we had just taught him. It was so perfect! I'm so excited to hear more about his progress!

Our possible new apartment and Sis. Apple
Thursday TRANSFERS!!! Sister Steele is my new companion! We are from the same MTC group. I feel so spoiled. She's amazing and we are having so much fun and have a great vision for what Tonburi will be and helping this lil branch become a ward again. I just felt this great urgency to do the work and not waste any time while we were in that meeting. There are no burn outs with the Lord. The work is hastening and it's never going to slow don. Ever upwards!

Friday we house hunted all day and invited. We are homeless. While we were inviting we ran into this group of punk teens and decided we'd talk to them despite their youth and rambunctious-ness and wow we are so glad that happened. One of the boys went home and asked his mom if they could go to church on Sunday. He's Catholic. His mom, Rose, if from the Philippines and was baptized in Asoke last year and went less active but has started reading her scriptures again and wants to come back but didn't know where the closest church was. This was a huge miracle for her and for us! It was that lil boys birthday and he told his sister that it was his birthday wish that they all go to church as a family!! AH!! So happy. I think that Bangbuatong is actualy closer for them, but we'll see. I'm just so glad they're coming back and that her kids will be able to learn with the missionaries and get baptized too!! The members here are so kind and so eager to help us. They took us all over to try and find an apartment. We're really excited to have our own place, be independent and get into a real routine.

Saturday we are homeless.

Sunday about 40 people total at church. I had to translate for Sister Senior and Sister Seppi. That was a lil nerve wracking and hilarious (รู้จักหน้า). We had 3 investigators at church and got 3 new investigators!! Can't wait to get a full week's worth of inviting in. After church we taught the new investigators, ate with the members, invited and went out with another member and I think we found the place for us! YAY!

We walked in the rain back to the church and found this ginormous beast of a spider in the Relief Society room.

At first I tried to drop a big English Hymn book on it, but it didn't fall straight. We screamed. Then Sister Steele slid another one across the floor and got some of its legs off. I grabbed another hymn book, smashed it, and it's huge body fell to the floor. Poor Soda cleaned up our mess. Soda is not a drink, but in fact she is a cute young woman in our branch. Love her.

We're currently staying in the swanky RD Hotel. The first night was freezing, last night was hot. We're just a bunch of Goldilocks without a house. All is well. We really are happy and today should be a very productive preparation day.

The church is so true!! I hope you all have a wonderful week!! Miss you!

Mission Miracle

Dear Family,

I miss you!

This week was my favorite week of miracles. This picture contains the miracles of the week.

Pictured left to right:B. Ronny, พร (new investigator. Referral from จะรูน believe it), จะรูน, มิ้น, สุรี, รันทร์เพญ LA, and mom of มิ้น

Here's a lil background for you all. Brother Ronny is the best Ward mission leader ever. When Sister Carter was still here, he referred us 3 Less active/part member families to work with. One family was the family of Sister Mint (12 year old that got baptized in this picture). We went once and the mom wouldn't let us in. Not a good time. Along the way of finding these families, the member that was with us took us to the house of Sister Jaroon(flowery shirt left of Mint). The tiny lil lady is Sister Suri. She had been bringing Mint to church every week. She also went with us to visit Sister Janpet (bright pink right of mint). Suri is the real miracle worker in this story.

I don't even know how to tell this miracle! We talked to Mint and Suri at church one Sunday and set up a time to go teach her at her house. When we got there her mom was so welcoming because she knew Sister Suri! She was so happy to hear that her daughter would be getting baptized. She happened to have that day off for work and was so excited to go to church. Then Suri told us about Jaroon and that she would want to go to church if Mint was getting baptized. All these people in this little girl's life that were effected by her example and desire to be baptized. Mint had a near death experience almost drowned a couple years ago and that's when she knew that God was real. I don't even know if this is making sense to you, but it was the most amazing thing to see Mint be such a strong example to her mom and these women in her life and make the decision to go to church every week and be baptized. I'm so grateful to sister Suri for being such a good fellow-shipper and for being such a great example as well. Still lots more to do to serve these women and help them be strong. She loves these women so much. I love them all!

So long story short (Mint)มิ้น GOT BAPTIZED!!! AND จะรูน came to church and spoke at the baptism! AND มิ้นs Mom came and said the opening prayer and this other LA we never got to visit but S.สุรี took me and sister Sararat. And Jaroon gave us a referral and brought her to the baptism! Wow. Seriously so spoiled. I love being here. I know that this is the Lord's work. I know that our example no matter how young or small our testimony is we can make a difference in the lives of others.

I hope you all have a wonderful week!!

Love you most!

Asoke

Dear Family,

I LOVE YOU!

Daddio! Happy Father's day! I LOVE YOU!! It didn't feel like Father's Day here in Thailand. Father's Day is the Kings birthday (Dec 5) and you're not here so it just wasn't the same. I miss you!!! I love your emails. I love that I can tell that you're using some form of high-tech-ness to get these words in an email because of the typos. Love you so much. I can't believe Mom cut her finger open AGAIN!!! I miss avocados. Was it the same finger?
Are you okay? Did you take a picture of it? I'll see it. Also, that's cute that you have all the missionary moms over for brunch.

This week was amazing!! I just feel so spoiled. So spoiled to be a missionary. So spoiled to be in Thailand right now with all the growth that is happening. So spoiled to be serving with Sister Sararat here in Asoke. So spoiled to have such wonderful leaders. I loved Zone Conference. I learned a lot. Spoiled by the spirit. Just so many blessings. So spoiled with great investigators right now. So much too much! Not really too much, but It just makes me want to work harder and be better.
I loved what we talked about in Zone Conference about becoming. Our potential to change and become is I think my favorite part of the gospel. I've been studying more about repentance and trying to find ways to teach it more clearly and powerfully. We did so much of everything this week! So much inviting, so much teaching, so many new investigators, and ended the week with an amazing district conference and a baptism.

A new stake was created and also a district!!! Now there are 2 stakes and 5 districts in Thailand! I love being a part of this great work!

Hope you'll all have a wonderful week! Love you lots. Faith. Prayer. Happiness. Repentance.

Art Museum

Dear Family,

We worked so hard this week, and had so much fun, and met so many wonderful new people to teach, and laughed so much and helped prepare Brother Tong for baptism which was yesterday!! I love being a missionary.

First off, last P-day we went to this fun art museum and took a bunch of fun pictures. I hope you enjoy them. Then, Sister Sararat decided she wanted to dye her hair "Sweet Brown". We got home finished planning and dyed her hair. It turned RED! Mid process we realized that the next day we would be having interviews with President Senior. Oops ค่ะ. SO Tuesday morning we exercised our way over the the nearest 7 and bought more hair dye. This time "Dark Brown". I know absolutely nothing about dying hair...I'm a terrible companion. Unfortunately, this dark brown only enhanced the red and made things much worse. We're talking Princess Ariel red. Oops ค่ะ Put her hair up and then Tuesday night dies her hair AGAIN and it got better. She's Asian she can pull it off. That was quite the adventure.

Tuesday as I was stressing about not having enough time in life, Sister duPlessis kindly shared the words of her wise mother, "The whole point of this plan is that we can all have enough time - for eternity." That was a nice thought. Now is the time to focus on what matters most.

There was one day this week that we counted every person that we talked to and invited to church. In 15 minutes we had already talked to 200 people. We stopped counting after 725. That was an hour of contacting. SO many people in this place! I LOVE IT.

We met this really cool guy named Jack in front of the MRT. He's Christian, but doesn't really go to church. We met Wednesday and taught him Saturday. He said he felt like he didn't really know who Christ was and was excited to come to church on Sunday. Sunday we had so many miracles. Investigators came and brought friends! Jack loved church. "So I have to wait til next week to get baptized?" I set up an appointment with him for Monday and forgot to tell Sister Sararat and then 20 minutes later she comes and tells me we're seeing him on Tuesday. Perfect! He's free, we'll teach him every day and he'll be baptized on Sunday. He quit drinking tea! It's amazing to see how people change and how keeping the commandments immediately blesses our lives. I know that God is preparing so many people here to receive this message of the gospel.

Brother Tong is hilarious. He is our investigator that got baptized yesterday. He is so quick to accept every commitment we give him. Yesterday during sacrament meeting he was sitting by Elder Keller. I've never been in a meeting with Elder Keller where he doesn't fall asleep. Bother Tong noticed that Elder Keller was asleep and turned around and told on him to Sister Sararat. "He's been asleep for 5 minutes!"  It was so funny. It kept Brother Tong awake that was good. Tong is 20, he's a security guard so he's always tired too, but he's made it through the meetings and is doing great.

I have learned so much from Sister Sararat. Yes a lot of Thai, but also how to be a better teacher. We've watched the Restoration so many times this week I'm starting to memorize it. We usually will watch the restoration and then use the LDS artbook and start back at prophets. I don't know why I'm rambling about this to you, but I really love using the pictures and the video because it helps our investigators visualize everything so much better. The picture book is so good too because there are so many pictures of Christ it is so easy to keep the lesson focused on Christ and really connect everything together. I don't know why I haven't been using these visual aids more my whole mission!

This week was just fun. No stress. Worked hard. And I'm so happy. I'm so excited for Zone Conference tomorrow, and then Saturday and Sunday will be district conference for the New Stake in Bangkok!! So exciting! There will be a temple here so soon!! I love being a missionary. I'm so grateful for the gospel.

I love you! Keep sending pictures! Have a wonderful week!
Love, Sis. Sahagun

New Thai Companion

Dear Family,

This week was so crazy มากๆ I have a new companion Sister ศรารัตน์ (Sararat)

She is from ดอนเมือง That ward meets in the same building as Pakkret so I know her family from when I served there. We are the same age in the mission. It's sooooooo fun.  We have laughed so much this week. No reason really. She's just so สบาย and we both love doing everything and we've mostly been contacting this week. Like 4 hours one day. We were out in front of the MRT the other day and no one was listening. So we just started handing out all our baptism cards and just said Baptism over and over again. It was pretty successful. We are going to have a great week this week with all our new investigators.

That Catholic lady came to church! And Brother egg brought his wife! We had 5 people at church! Such a miracle with all this talk of mop (mobs) and then the rain. Such a sad excuse, but used so often. Let your faith be stronger than rain!!

You guys are going to have so much fun at the beach!!! Lil jealous. The only water I've been by is the Choa Praya River in Pakkret. Pretty :) I miss that place. Happy birthday MOM!!! I love you so much! Thank you for being my mom for loving me and helping me prepare to be a missionary and being such a good example of love and charity. You're not that old. You look great. Really. When I show people our family picture they are always so shocked. You two so young! Tell the Popes I said hi!

I've been thinking a lot about prayer this week. We can not progress without it! The answer to almost every question...prayer. But really, I know that when we sincerely pray asking in faith that God will answer us. We can receive personal revelation and better ourselves only through prayer and faith in Jesus Christ. It's so simple. Don't forget to pray.

Love you so much! Have a marvelous week!! You're all great missionaries!!

Love,
Sister Sahagun

Dear Family,

Happy Day all is well!!!! We are back to a normal missionary schedule and normal contacting and no more weird 8:00 curfew! We just got the text. I'm so happy. I was getting a lil stir crazy. There's only so much organizing and updating one can do. And we actually ran out of people to call (without being absolutely annoying) SO here we go! Today is a lil mini interim transfer. Sister Carter is moving for real this time and she's going to Khon Kaen. CRAZY lil bit of change. Love it. I'll be holding down the fort here in Asoke. I love this place.

Yoga by the fish pond! Morning Exercises!
It was a crazy weird week. I missed contacting so much. I didn't realize how much time we spent doing that until we couldn't. Dad, I don't know what you're talking about the valley of shadow and death - contacting is my favorite. It's hot as a dot, that's for sure, but I really do love contacting. We meet the coolest and craziest people. I actually met someone the other day that told me that they loved Buddhism. That was a first. Usually people are only Buddhist because it's the culture. Then the earlier this week we decided to go contact over by the university. We hadn't gone there in a while, I don't know why (that's always when the miracle comes! New path, new place CHANGE!) So we walked through the lil hole in the wall to the university and the first lady we talked to was Catholic. She stopped, listened to us teach about the Book of Mormon and agreed to come inside the church for a brief tour. YES! She accepted a Book of Mormon, we showed her the baptismal font and she was so excited and willing to read and learn more. I'm so excited to teach her!

Even though this week was kinda slow, I just feel excited about the work. Maybe it's because of the change that is happening this week. Change brings renewed faith. Faith is always pointing toward the future.Maybe it's because I still get to be a missionary and work hard every day. I know there are great things to come, and no matter what there is always something to be grateful for. "And we, ourselves, also, through the infinite goodness of God, and the manifestations of his Spirit, have great views of that which is to come; and were it expedient, we could prophesy of all things." (Mosiah 5:3) Nothing will stop this work from progressing. Isn't that so empowering and exciting? We're on the Lord's side! I read this cool story from a talk Elder Utchdorf gave at the MTC.

President Uchtdorf spoke of Elder Fabrizio Ricciardi, a convert from Italy who served some 30 years ago as a missionary in Great Britain. His parents were troubled about him serving a mission, but he went, with peace in his heart. He determined that since his decision to serve had been so costly, he would make his time as a missionary count.
One of his missionary companions, Elder Danny Q. Humphrey, later wrote that every morning before they left the house, Elder Ricciardi would look at himself in the bathroom mirror, point, and say, “I fear no man.”
President Uchtdorf related that Elder Humphrey, a junior companion, wrote that as he stumbled along, Elder Ricciardi taught him many things about being a missionary. At one point, Elder Ricciardi asked, “Elder, do you know who you are?” He then opened the Book of Mormon to 3 Nephi 5:13 and read: “Behold, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word among his people, that they might have everlasting life.”
“Then [Elder Ricciardi] looked at his junior companion and said, ‘Elder, you are a disciple of Christ! You fear no man!’”

I fear no man! The church is so true. Life is good. With faith, all things are possible to those that believe.

Love you most!

Family,
I love you!!! I loved talking with you on Mother's Day! I love Mom! I love singing with Nick and his guitar! I love all of you! I love lots of things like Thailand and mangoes and the Book of Mormon, and 7Eleven, and mostly just talking to everyone and being a missionary.

This week was kind of a struggle. I felt like the days were going a lot like the day that Sister Carter first called Sister Senior with a stomach ache and then that night ended up in surgery getting her appendix removed. Lots going on here. It seems like a small lil thing and then BOOM it just gets way bigger and is kind of a lot harder than you thought. I'm just loving her and trying to know what's realistic to keep doing and how to keep us going.

As always, after the struggle we had a miracle. This girl named B walked into church and said that she wanted to be baptized. She was completely willing and ready. She had come to church three times in April and learned everything with the Elders, but wasn't quite ready then. She didn't know it was true and wasn't keeping all the commandments. When I asked her what was different or what changed she said it was prayer. She had been praying every day and she said she got her answer that she knew this church was true and she wanted to be baptized and follow Christ. She stopped drinking coffee! It was such a cool experience. We reviewed everything with her, had her interview with the district leader and the bishop, and after church she was baptized. I love being a witness of God's miracles in the lives of other people.

Life is so good when you trust in God and have faith. I loved Elder Richard G. Scott's talk in conference "I have Given You An Example".(Read the talk  below) Love seemed to be a theme this conference. Christlike love is what this world needs most. I'm grateful for the Savior's example of Charity. I'm working on finding ways to better serve and love the people around me. "...loving them is the powerful foundation for influencing those you want to help." I know that God lives and that He loves us! I hope you have a wonderful week!

Love,
Sister Sahagun

“I Have Given You an Example”

Richard G. Scott
The greatest example who ever walked the earth is our Savior, Jesus Christ. …
He invites us to follow His perfect example.

As I have pondered my duty to share the gospel, I have reflected on loved ones whose tender influence helped me find the divinely appointed path that aided my spiritual progression. At vital times in my life, Father in Heaven blessed me with someone who cared for me enough to help guide my choices in an appropriate direction. They observed these words of the Savior: “For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.”1

When I was a young child, my father was not a member of the Church and my mother had become less active. We lived in Washington, D.C., and my mother’s parents lived 2,500 miles (4,000 km) away in the state of Washington. Some months after my eighth birthday, Grandmother Whittle came across the country to visit us. Grandmother was concerned that neither I nor my older brother had been baptized. I don’t know what she said to my parents about this, but I do know that one morning she took my brother and me to the park and shared with us her feelings about the importance of being baptized and attending Church meetings regularly. I don’t remember the specifics of what she said, but her words stirred something in my heart, and soon my brother and I were baptized.
Grandmother continued to support us. I remember that anytime my brother or I was assigned to give a talk in church, we would call her on the telephone for some suggestions. Within a few days a handwritten talk would arrive by mail. After some time her suggestions changed to an outline requiring more effort on our part.
Grandmother used just the right amount of courage and respect to help our father recognize the importance of his driving us to the church for our meetings. In every appropriate way, she helped us to feel a need for the gospel in our lives.
Most importantly, we knew Grandmother loved us and that she loved the gospel. She was a marvelous example! How grateful I am for the testimony she shared with me when I was very young. Her influence changed the direction of my life for eternal good.
Later, as I was about to graduate from the university, I fell in love with a beautiful young woman named Jeanene Watkins. I thought she was beginning to have some deep feelings for me also. One night when we were talking about the future, she carefully wove into the discussion a statement that changed my life forever. She said, “When I marry, it will be to a faithful returned missionary in the temple.”
I hadn’t thought much about a mission before then. That night my motivation to consider missionary service changed dramatically. I went home, and I could think of nothing else. I was awake all night long. I was completely distracted from my studies the next day. After many prayers I made the decision to meet with my bishop and begin my missionary application.
Jeanene never asked me to serve a mission for her. She loved me enough to share her conviction and then gave me the opportunity to work out the direction of my own life. We both served missions and later were sealed in the temple. Jeanene’s courage and commitment to her faith have made all the difference in our lives together. I am certain we would not have found the happiness we enjoy without her strong faith in the principle of serving the Lord first. She is a wonderful, righteous example!

Both Grandmother Whittle and Jeanene loved me enough to share their conviction that the ordinances of the gospel and serving Father in Heaven would bless my life. Neither of them coerced me or made me feel bad about the person I was. They simply loved me and loved Father in Heaven. Both knew He could do more with my life than I could on my own. Each courageously helped me in loving ways to find the path of greatest happiness.
How can each of us become such a significant influence? We must be sure to sincerely love those we want to help in righteousness so they can begin to develop confidence in God’s love. For so many in the world, the first challenge in accepting the gospel is to develop faith in a Father in Heaven, who loves them perfectly. It is easier to develop that faith when they have friends or family members who love them in a similar way.
Giving them confidence in your love can help them develop faith in God’s love. Then through your loving, thoughtful communication, their lives will be blessed by your sharing lessons you have learned, experiences you have had, and principles you have followed to find solutions to your own struggles. Show your sincere interest in their well-being; then share your testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
You can help in ways that are grounded in principle and doctrine. Encourage those you love to seek to understand what the Lord would have them do. One way to do this is to ask them questions that make them think and then allow them sufficient time—whether hours, days, months, or more—to ponder and seek to work out the answers for themselves. You may need to help them know how to pray and how to recognize answers to their prayers. Help them to know that the scriptures are a vital source of receiving and recognizing answers. In that way you will help them prepare for future opportunities and challenges.
God’s purpose is “to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.”2 That is fundamental to all we do. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in things that we find fascinating or become so consumed by mundane responsibilities that we lose sight of God’s objectives. As you consistently focus your life on the most basic principles, you will gain an understanding of what you are to do, and you will produce more fruit for the Lord and more happiness for yourself.
When you focus your life on the basic principles of the plan of salvation, you will better concentrate on sharing what you know because you understand the eternal importance of the ordinances of the gospel. You will share what you know in a way that encourages your friends to want to be strengthened spiritually. You will help your loved ones want to commit to obey all of His commandments and take upon themselves the name of Jesus Christ.
Remember that the conversion of individuals is only part of the work. Always seek to strengthen families. Teach with a vision of the importance of families being sealed in the temple. With some families it may take years. This was the case with my parents. Many years after I was baptized, my father was baptized, and later my family was sealed in the temple. My father served as a sealer in the temple, and my mother served there with him. When you have the vision of the sealing ordinances of the temple, you will help build the kingdom of God on earth.
Remember, loving them is the powerful foundation for influencing those you want to help. The influence of my Grandmother Whittle and my wife, Jeanene, would have been negligible had I not first known that they loved me and wanted me to have the best in life.
As a companion to that love, trust them. In some cases it may seem difficult to trust, but find some way to trust them. The children of Father in Heaven can do amazing things when they feel trusted. Every child of God in mortality chose the Savior’s plan. Trust that given the opportunity, they will do so again.
Share principles that help those you love to press forward along the path to eternal life. Remember, we all grow line upon line. You have followed that same pattern in your understanding of the gospel. Keep your sharing of the gospel simple.
Your personal testimony of the Atonement of Jesus Christ is a powerful tool. Accompanying resources are prayer, the Book of Mormon and the other scriptures, and your commitment to priesthood ordinances. All of these will facilitate the direction of the Spirit, which is so crucially important for you to rely upon.
To be effective and to do as Christ has done,3 concentrate on this basic principle of the gospel: the Atonement of Jesus Christ makes possible our becoming more like our Father in Heaven so that we can live together eternally in our family units.
There is no doctrine more fundamental to our work than the Atonement of Jesus Christ. At every appropriate opportunity, testify of the Savior and of the power of His Atoning sacrifice. Use scriptures that teach of Him and why He is the perfect pattern for everyone in life.4 You will need to study diligently. Do not become so absorbed with trivial things that you miss learning the doctrine and teachings of the Lord. With a solid, personal doctrinal foundation, you will be a powerful source for sharing vital truths with others who desperately need them.
We best serve our Father in Heaven by righteously influencing others and serving them.5 The greatest example who ever walked the earth is our Savior, Jesus Christ. His mortal ministry was filled with teaching, serving, and loving others. He sat down with individuals who were judged to be unworthy of His companionship. He loved each of them. He discerned their needs and taught them His gospel. He invites us to follow His perfect example.
I know that His gospel is the path to peace and happiness in this life. May we remember to do as He has done by sharing our love, trust, and knowledge of truth with others who have not yet embraced the brilliant light of the gospel. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
